hltv_esp is the original plugin for CS from here:

hltv_esp_tfc is tweaked so that
- It works for TFC.
- Maximum timer resolution (0.1s) by default. This might lag, but only while a target is specified and it's necessary for acceptable precision when displaying players' position.
- all admins see the permanent hud message with the name, not just the hltv

As an admin, join the game server, type esp_target "name of suspect". This enables an ESP for the HLTV, rendered to be viewed with a specific perspective, i.e. when watching the suspect in 1st person view (HLTV live or a recorded HLTV demo). The name of the suspect is displayed at top.

Turn off the ESP with esp_off in console when connected to the game server.

The newest version is untested.
